Mine2Day Shipping Policy
At Mine2Day (M2D), we ensure fast and reliable shipping for all our home décor products. We work with trusted suppliers and carriers to provide accurate processing and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.
- If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify customers via email.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options based on supplier capabilities:
- Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3-7 business days (additional charges apply)
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (only available for select items)
- Carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, Amazon Logistics, DHL (depending on supplier)
Note: Delivery times may vary based on supplier location and destination.
3. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping: Free for orders over $50, otherwise $5.99.
- Expedited shipping: $9.99.
- Express shipping: $19.99.
- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.
4. International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees if applicable.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the system.
- If you do not receive tracking details after 5 days, please contact info@mine2day.com.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows no updates after 15 business days, we will assist with a claim.
- Stolen Packages: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive the package, contact us within 3 days.
- Delayed Packages: We are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.
7. Address Accuracy & Changes
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
- Once an order is placed, address changes are not guaranteed.
- Additional fees may apply for reshipping to a corrected address.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
- Refunds for undeliverable packages may exclude original shipping costs.
