Mine2Day Return Policy

At Mine2Day (M2D), we strive to provide high-quality home décor products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy based on the below guidelines.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., custom-made, clearance, or final sale items).

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at info@mine2day.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  3. We will provide return instructions based on the supplier’s return policy.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For buyer’s remorse returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds & Processing Time

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance, final sale, and custom-made items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
