At Mine2Day (M2D), we strive to provide high-quality home décor products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy based on the below guidelines.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Some items may be non-returnable (e.g., custom-made, clearance, or final sale items).
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- We will provide return instructions based on the supplier’s return policy.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For buyer’s remorse returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refunds & Processing Time
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you need a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
