We work with leading suppliers such as Wayfair, Amazon, Walmart, Costway, AliExpress, and AutoDS Marketplace, selecting only the finest luxury home décor items.
3. How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Standard shipping takes 7-15 business days, while expedited and express options are available for faster delivery.
4. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Standard shipping for orders below $50 is $5.99. Expedited and express shipping options are available at an additional cost.
5. Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding international shipping soon.
7. What happens if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and assist with a resolution.
8. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. Some exclusions apply, such as custom, clearance, or final-sale items.

10. Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to damage, defect, or a mistake on our part, return shipping is free. For other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
12. What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

We offer exchanges for damaged or incorrect items only. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original.

15. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, the order is processed and cannot be changed.
